I will work with you to help you to explore the issues that matter most to you, clarify your thoughts, and then primarily through skilful questioning, challenge your ways of thinking and behaving. I will then move you to action planning.
I use my facilitation skills to work in partnership with groups of people; staff, customers, people who use service. I have a track record of effectively facilitating team reviews and strategic reviews and works to quickly establish a rapport with participants, bringing clarity to the review process and supporting and challenging those involved.
