Jane Garnham: Action Centred Learning

My work is all about providing opportunities for both individual and organisational learning.

Central to this is the belief in an individual's capacity to change, when the appropriate environmental factors are present. I see my role as helping to create the right environment.

At an organisational level, I am able to assist organisations as they examine their structure, purpose and process. Through my involvement I aim to enable them to achieve a greater clarity of vision and purpose and to aid them in their delivery of more effective services.

I work in a way that encourages people to take responsibility for the challenges and dilemmas they face. This approach also aims to deliver sustainable solutions as clients create and develop their own actions and plans.
